Corporate training refers to a system of professional development activities provided to educate employees. It is training programs designed “in-house” for an organization that may wish to train their employees on specific aspects of their job processes or responsibilities. It aligns the employees with the mission, values and vision of the organization.

We provide corporate training directly with classroom and on-site training. We also give corporate training online through audio and video as per the requirement of the client. We study the functioning of the corporate and accordingly make the training material in-state-of-the-art medium of learning process.

Health Safety and Environmental Training

With the concern to protect the Environment and maintain the Health and Safety of Associates, Investors, Customers and Society of an enterprise there are international standards like ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Compliance to HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) is viewed as its mandatory responsibility for the future condition of our Environment and Health and Safety of the employer, employee, customers and society.

Production and development should not be compromised on the cost of poor health and environment safety. Thus it is important to increase awareness about the Labor rights and safety measures that would prevent the unintended accidents.

Orientation Training

Organisations conduct orientation programme for the new entrants to the organisation to ensure their smooth intake; to familiarize with the organisation’s facilities, norms and work culture. It also introduces them to production process, work sites, most importantly safety plans and procedures. We have the expertise to conduct orientation programme with audio and video aids along with classroom training as well as on the job/site training.
